because poteto is strongly believing of goodness of exercise of elderly, it is become habit on sunday for family with two grandmothers to go for walking. this week is at singapore botanical garden, beautiful with greens and trees. many photo chances, more was possible to have taken if camera's battery dieded did not. but poteto believe as well, taking not good photo of natural items are difficult, because natureal is beautiful by ownself.

this east-west tounrament is annually event by singapore kendo club. it is the competition for between east stayer kendoka and west stayer kendoka, beginning is the individual game, then the team game. very interesting and enjoying event of year.
